Implementation Processes to Efficiently Serve Our Clients and Their Employees

We have a dedicated team of professionals that will work through the details of administering your plan for a seamless, smooth implementation, resulting in the most efficient, hassle-free setup for our clients. A designated account manager and implementation coordinator ensure all relevant issues are addressed when transitioning from another TPA carrier, with a special emphasis on testing and auditing before go-live.

Your implementation coordinator will create a meeting schedule to ensure execution of the following activities:

  • Pre- and post-enrollment communications
  • Eligibility data exchange
  • ID card requirements; plan documents (including medical management, schedule of benefits, eligibility, and claims-filing rules)
  • System configuration requirements
  • Provider network setup
  • Banking arrangements

Ongoing dialogue through regularly scheduled meetings and conference calls will ensure the implementation process is progressing as expected.
