Integrate With Your Priorities and Health Resources
Organizations can add custom questions to reflect health priorities and interests such as productivity throughout the Health Assessment survey. Custom messages and links to company-specific resources can also be placed throughout the Personal Health Report, connecting users to -appropriate information and programs offered by their organization. Customize a site in the following ways:
- Client module: Customized with your organization’s logo and name to reflect your brand and/or the health program brand.
- Client Information page: Featuring links to organization-specific resources and Web sites, and monthly messages focusing on topics specific to your organization’s health goals.
- Home page media window: Dedicated space on the home page for broad reach of key health initiatives such as an HRA or Walk to Wellness campaign.
- Client Information modules: Available throughout the site, these modules can be used to promote health resources specific to topics on the site and link to your organization’s health, benefit, safety and EAP programs.
- Health Risk Assessment messages and links: Custom links and messages can be embedded within each risk section of the Personal Health Report participants receive upon completion of the Mayo Clinic Health Risk Assessment. These links can connect your people with other Web sites, phone numbers to third party vendors or other internal health resources.
- Word search links: Connect your population to health and benefit resources as they use the site’s search function with word search links.
- Population-specific customizations: An added enhancement available to organizations that need to reach different population segments with different health and benefit messages. This option allows organizations to pick sorting parameters (such as work location, health plan or employment status) to provide with custom messages.
